 Q)How do I reduce my abdominal Flab?

A)Do bent leg curlups.Lie on your back.Inhale and then,as you exhale,slowly curl your headand shoulders upwards and slide your hands up your thighs towards your knees.Pause.Inhale and then exhale while uncurling down to a resting position.Repeat 10 times.
